New In Town- State Bhavan: The Potbelly, Bihar Niwas, Chanakyapuri

The newest addition to Delhi, The Potbelly opens its second outlet at Bihar Niwas, Chanakyapuri. With a lot of love and fame garnered at their Shahpur Jat outlet, opening another outlet and that too at Bihar Niwas was their best call.

The place is done up in nice bright colourful interiors. It is really one of the prettiest interiors ever. The cloth on chairs, the paint on the walls, the furnishings, the furniture, the beautiful lamps hanging from the ceiling - the place is just very pretty! Doesn't look like a state bhavan at all! The outdoor seating has such cute white chairs, with a huge garden and a small passage that leads to the other side of the bhavan. It's like dining under the stars - perfect for a winter afternoon or a pleasant evening.

Smoked Biryani House, Sector 18, Noida - Biryani That Will Blow Your Mind Away!

The place opened in the heart of Noida and in the most bustling market - Sector 18. A restaurant by the same owners as that of The Ancient Barbeque, Smoked Biryani House has garnered a lot of praise from people over a very short duration of time.

Got to know about this place through their Order Online feature that a lot of my friends use, and decided to give it a go myself too.

Visited on a weekend and found the place pretty packed. The interiors are nothing to write home about - just simple furniture and decor to make it a decent place for dining in. The manager told us most of their orders were only for home delivery, and the dine-in is picking up only now. Quite a chatty manager he was. Remembered my dad from our visit to The Ancient Barbeque months ago and made sure he was around our table for the rest of the night.

New In Town | 'Magnum On Wheels' Vending Carts Hit The Streets Of Delhi!

Magnum ice-creams are now in Delhi! And no, not only at petrol pumps' In & Out or those fancy shops that sell things at double the price, they're available at every street of Delhi!

Magnum launched its 'Magnum On Wheels' vending carts, or Tricycles, as you call them, in an attempt to reach out to as many customers as possible, and the Belgian Chocolate covered ice-cream sticks being sold at 90 bucks, will be the newest buzz in town as soon as these tricycles will be out on the streets full-fledged.

Spotted one in Lajpat Nagar last night and couldn't contain my excitement, mainly because these vending carts look way more appealing and adorable than the usual Mother Dairy and Cream Bells of our city.

The world's biggest stick ice-cream brand is now present in 7 cities of India and is taking the market by storm. Delhiites, of course, will not be far behind in trying the most premium ice-creams being sold in every nook and corner.

Amreli in Hotel Diplomat, Chanakyapuri - Incredible Food, Classy Interiors and Beautiful Presentation!

Situated inside the Diplomat Hotel, Amreli has opened where we previously frequented the beautiful Olive Beach. With a seating that has a combination of both indoors and outdoors, the decor for both is done with superb taste. The person behind the restaurant Sidhant Lamba, is an interior designer by profession, and that rightfully explains the classy decor. Won't describe the place, but let's just say it's a semi-formal semi-casual eatery situated in one of the best locations of Delhi.

Mind-blowing Burgers at Fork You Too, Sector 29, Gurgaon

A restaurant that stirred up quite a few people when the news about its franchise opening in Gurgaon did the rounds. The burger haven of Delhi, as I would like to say it, opens in Gurgaon, and gives the people something to be excited and happy about.

Located in the bustling Sector 29 market, Fork You Too is situated right next to Bikanervala. With interiors that are dark and predominantly with shades of yellow and red, the place is huge! They have seatings with combinations of plush leather chairs, comfortable sofas, and bar stools and tables as well. The end of the place sees a big bar with LED lights and glasses and bottles lined up - big enough to tell people they serve alcohol.

Restaurant Review: Market Cafe, Greater Kailash-II, New Delhi

Situated in the main M block market lane of GK 2, this is the second addition by Market Cafe (the first one being in Khan Market). Serving a combination of Mediterranean, European and Lebanese food, the place has some great deals on drinks all day long as well.

The restaurant is divided in two sections - smoking and non-smoking. The smoking area looks very shabby and shady, and the non-smoking one looks completely different. So I would recommend you to find a seat in the non-smoking area.

The smoking area is done in white, with some marble work in blue in places, and the non-smoking area is done in wooden work with dim lighting.

I started my meal with their Pumpkin and Beetroot Soup. Very delicious with a superb consistency! Next came the Arancini Balls and Asparagus and Parmesan Cheese Cigar Rolls with Barbeque Sauce on the side. The Arancini Balls were nice but not exemplary, and the cigar rolls were good. They could have done with lesser asparagus inside the rolls, but it was nice nonetheless.
