Set amidst beautiful green lush surroundings is Le Meridien
in Gurgaon (earlier Pullman). The hotel was changed to Le Meridien only a few
months ago, but with the rebranding and change of names of restaurants, what we
didn’t miss was the staff and chefs behind different restaurants inside the
hotel. One such restaurant is Latest Recipe, the all-day dining restaurant of
the hotel. Head by Chef Tanveer Kwatra, I’ve seen a tremendous shift in the
taste of food and the fare presented from my previous visit to the restaurant
(when it was the Senses).
Visited Latest Recipe for a Sunday Brunch on a gorgeous
afternoon with practically no sunlight to spoil the fun. I was run through the
entire buffet by Chef Tanveer, told about the various sections they had and the
cuisine each section offered, and that’s how my afternoon began.
The Sunday Brunch had an insane variety of food to offer. From
European, Japanese, Chinese and Italian, to Indian, Awadhi, Teppanyaki and
South Indian, we had glimpses of some great deals of cuisines, each doing
complete justice to the taste.
